We are seeking a Loan Origination Call Quality Review Specialist for a client in San Antonio.
Job Description:
The individuals will be responsible for listening to loan originators, loan processors, loan officer assistants and closers pre-recorded calls and score each call against a compliance checklist. Calls are about the loan application process from beginning to end. Knowledge of the TRID, SAFE ACT and MLO are preferred, but not required. Having experience in mortgage loan origination, processing and/or similar recent mortgage experience is recommended for this position.
Responsibilities:
· Listen to recorded loan origination calls and score against a compliance checklist. Validating original call – was the call done right.
· Identify overall compliance related behavior trends and communicate to management
· Understand and perform at certain performance metrics, including number of calls monitored and accuracy ratio.

2 years of recent mortgage underwriting, loan origination or similar mortgage experience (loan origination, mortgage processing, mortgage broker, loan officer, secondary marketing experience)
