Quality Assurance Manager with Performance Testing Skills Minimum Requirements: • Mercury LoadRunner Experience • Proven Automation project experience • Proven Performance Testing experience • Experience with Unix and J2EE application servers • Ability to work quickly in a team environment Preferred Requirements: • Resource with technical systems aptitude or business background working with one or more of the following: • Property and casualty insurance (e.g. auto insurance, homeowners insurance) • Banking (e.g. credit cards, loans, checking and savings) • Investments (e.g. mutual funds, brokerage) • Life insurance and annuities • Servers, networks, and databases • Customer Relationship Management portals Job Duties: • Developed Test Cases and Conditions. This task will include, but will not be limited to the following: • Documented conditions. • Documented test cases. • Documented expected results. • Prepared Test Data This task will include, but may not be limited to the following: • Identification of data needed for system testing based on test cases • Manipulation of data to meet needs of test cases • Prepared data mapped to test cases • Executed Test Cases and Documented Results. This task will include, but will not be limited to the following: • Execution of test cases for integration testing and system testing • Execution results with differences noted • Defects discovered during test execution logged into appropriate tool(s) as prescribed. • Defect resolution logged as appropriate • Documented defects in identified change management tool • Documented Pass/Fail results in specified tool • Testing Estimates. This task will include, but may not be limited to the following: • Create testing activity estimates for all project life cycle phases • Coordinate estimates with IT Lead • Integrating estimates with Project Control Analyst • Planning This task will include, but may not be limited to the following: • Create High Level Test Plan • Create Final Test Plan • System Test Execution Tasks This task will include, but may not be limited to the following: • Test Execution Status • Completed and configured testing environment • Coordinated test environment builds and code fixes • Coordinated Performance and Regression testing activities • Test Plan progression and integration with Master EPMS Schedule • Defect Management Tasks This task will include, but may not be limited to the following: • Schedule and conduct defect meetings • Coordinate defect fixes • Prepare and report defect metrics to project team • Quality Assurance Tasks Testing measurements to include: • Defect ratios are within identified parameters. • Pareto and Fishbone charts communicating test results and root-cause analysis • Time Metrics Chart, Metrics Chart, Productivity Metrics Chart, Quality Metrics Chart • Test Project reporting: Status Reporting for all testing tasks for each project supported to include: • Progress Against Plan • Test Results • Defect Tracking Results • Testing Dashboards • Test Plan Tasks. This task contains the artifacts and information required to populate company’s Test Planning documents. Included in this task: • Automated Scripts • Data Documentation • Updated performance testing plan • Walk-through of business flows, service level objectives. • Test Execution Tasks: • Automated test scripts in LoadRunner. • Updated Test Case reports from Mercury Test Director. • Signoff of Performance Test Entry criteria. • Analysis Tasks: • Updated Defect reports and written status reports on defects related to performance test phase. • Updated tuning recommendations via testing results documentation • Test Exit Tasks: • Exit meetings conducted and test exit criteria completion noted. • Formal Exit documentation prepared with each test.
