Supplier resources will have the following skills / experience / background:
The resource(s) must have the following skills / background:
•	Bachelor's degree
•	At least two years project management experience
•	Familiarity with Agile Methodology
•	Experience facilitating
•	Proven ability to handle / resolve conflict
•	Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
•	Ability to manage frequent change
•	Project administration
•	Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
•	MS Office experienced user
•	Well versed in Microsoft Project
•	Experience building project schedules
•	Experience with a project management scheduling software 
•	Quick learner

Preferred skills / background:
•	Familiarity with Artemis 
•	Project Management Professional Designation
•	Experience with industry software development methodologies
•	Agile Project Management training
•	Domain expertise in property and casualty insurance, banking, investments,  financial planning, or life insurance / annuities
•	Ability to identify and facilitate quick resolution of issues
•	Experience forecasting project spend and schedule based on earned value
•	Experience reporting project status to stakeholders

Tasks: The following itemized tasks are to be provided by Supplier in the performance of Services described under this JOB DESCRIPTION.
•	Prepare and maintain project schedules
•	Provide direct support to project managers on project deliverables
•	Compile project data and produce project reports
•	Provide expertise on technical tools and project templates
•	Provide guidance and support to project managers on deliverables, transitioning through the project phases and overall health of the project
•	Provide expertise and support on technical tools, project templates and project status for team members
•	Provide subject matter expertise on project management systems
