Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Product Landing Page Specialist to join our client’s dynamic eCommerce team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the digital customer experience for one of the nation’s leading insurance providers. You’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing high-impact digital product landing pages across our portfolio of insurance products — driving online engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion through thoughtful design, content, and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Review the development and optimization of digital product landing pages that enhance their online presence and conversion performance.
 - Plan and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely execution of page development initiatives and consistent tracking against KPIs.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including:
	
- Product line experts and business leaders for content accuracy and alignment.
 - SEO specialists to boost organic visibility.
 - Writers and designers to craft compelling, customer-centric experiences.
 - Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
 
 - Research and analyze competitor and best-in-class landing pages across industries, delivering actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
 - Provide weekly progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps to maintain transparency and stakeholder alignment.
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, Web Design/Development, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
 - Minimum GPA of 3.25 or higher.
 
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
 
- Exceptional communication skills — both verbal and written — to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
 - Strong planning and execution abilities, with experience managing several small-scale projects simultaneously.
 - Knowledge of digital commerce and how organizations leverage online channels to promote, sell, and service products.

3-5 years’ experience in a business or technical function performing quantitative qualitative analysis to make data driven business recommendations.
3-5 years of experience creating models from multiple data sources (e.g., digital internet, website, mobile) to analyze and derive recommendations to resolve business issues
4 years of experience using split-testing software such as Adobe Target, Optimizely  or VWO or similar platforms or  4 years’ experience using digital analytics software such as Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, or Web Trends.
Proven track record successfully delivering a superior digital experience and engagement strategy in the digital arena (web and mobile app); able to effectively collaborate front-end development teams; expertise in all key functional areas, including usability, UX, design, and information architecture.
