We are seeking a Jr Business Rules/ODM Developer for a client in San Antonio. 100% REMOTE!!
The role involves performing business decision development for clients looking to modernize or upgrade existing business decision processes and systems. You will be responsible for the Development and testing of business decisions as directed by the business rules development lead. You will help develop and deliver key business decision for our internal project teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience working in a Business Rule Development role for the design, development, and implementation of large-scale solutions.
- 2 years of knowledge and understanding of ODM development and testing.
- Experience evaluating business requirements and working to implement functional requirements into BRMS API microservice (IBM ODM).

Decision Analyst & Tester
Decision Analyst and Tester – 100% remote!
Job Overview:
The role involves performing business and system analysis for internal business clients looking to modernize or upgrade existing business decision processes and systems. You will be responsible for gathering the business requirements from the decision owners and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for all the Decision Analysis artifacts that represent the decision analysis lifecycle. These artifacts include (but are limited to) the decision model, object model and initial decision test plan.
Responsibilities:
Participate and collaborate with Experience Owners, business rule developers, and testing teams throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation of a solution.
Responsible for development of business rule analysis deliverables (artifacts).
Communicate to technical resources for continued implementation of the solution.
Support, and at times lead, the preparation and execution of test cases and associated deliverables.
Execute & support production release activities (where appropriate).
Participate in the creation of training materials and conduct training activities for system end users.
Monitor progress and provide status reports to management.
Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and, if required, throughout the duration of maintenance and support agreements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience working in a Business Rule Analyst or Decision Analyst & Tester role for the design, development, and implementation of large-scale solutions.
Proven ability to develop task plans, manage time effectively across simultaneous project activities, and meet target deadlines.
Approaches tasks in an analytical manner and focuses on defining a solution to the root need of the task.
Experience with user story creation and grooming.
Experience with DMN and BPMN.
Experience developing efficient Object Models, including Fact Modeling and documentation.
Ability to test in ODM-Decision Center
Ability to test using Postman or other API testing tools
Understanding of entity relationships and data structures associated with decisions under consideration/development.

Ability to create individual test cases that adequately test the decision’s functionality.
